ELi, a fractional talent management firm that works with small to medium size organizations, exists based on the idea that your organization is a few talent moves away from becoming a great organization. We believe the old adage that revenue follows reputation, therefore most businesses do not have a revenue problem, they have a reputation problem. Practically speaking all organization's reputation and their people are one in the same! Do you have the right people and if you do, are they in the right seat within your organization? We some times have to face a hard truth that not everyone is a keeper.
Our experience spans over 20 years in for profit and not for profit, global brands, and hospitality industries. This has created a passion within us for all organizations to thrive (not just survive.) Thriving can be easily measured by being scalable and multiplying what you do.
We scope all of our talent management projects by doing a needs analysis to understand what your organizational goals are. Talk to us today about how we can help you move towards greater talent confidence.
